Exodus 3 – Moses meets Jesus

In Exodus 3 we’ll discover the location of Sinai (aka Horeb). We’ll uncover details about the burning (or non burning) bush. Some people see the bush symbolically as Israel, a thorny bush – despised by many. The fire, possibly symbolic of the afflictions of their Egyptian bondage. But not being consumed by their bondage, rather enduring through it. Jews have often been in the furnace of affliction throughout their history. Yet God has miraculously preserved them through their many tribulations. The fire also speaking hopefully to Israel of the presence of God amidst the people of Israel.
