Exodus 8 – YHWH verse Egyptian goddess Heqet

I’ve entitled this section of Scripture, the battle of the gods. But in truth, this isn’t an ordinary battle. This isn’t a matter, of YHWH being the favourite, with the Egyptian god’s having a outside chance. This is a battle that was over before it began. It’s simply that Pharaoh & the priests of Egypt, & the people of Israel – Didn’t know, who the Lord really was. I AM – is using these events to show the world, who He is. Apophis, Harpi & Hatmehit, have already been defeated in the opening 2 rounds. Round 3 is ready to commence & Heket, the frog headed goddess, prepares to enter the ring.
