Children are to obey (that is \u2013 submit to) the authority of their parents. Children are to honour their parents. Paul is solidifying the importance of the family unit. God\u2019s building blocks for a cohesive &amp; good society. Parents aren\u2019t to abuse their authority by provoking their children. Parents are responsible for bringing their children up in the faith of Christ. Servants should obey their masters, &amp; masters should treat their servants fairly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Paul\u2019s final major instruction in this Epistle is for believers to put on the whole armour of God. As we war against unseen, powerful &#8211; demonic forces. 3 times &#8211; Paul commands that we believers stand. Our waste girded with truth, having put on the breastplate of righteousness,\u00a0having our feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace. Firmly holding the shield of faith.
